The rules of the game. Read these before you play — they govern your use of everything on BlockCraftZone.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and StormGlass Interactive Inc. ("BlockCraftZone," "we," "us") governing your use of the BlockCraftZone website (blockcraftzone.com), game servers, mobile applications, and all related services (the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing our servers, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms may be updated periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 13 years old to use BlockCraftZone. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Your account data, including progress, rank, and inventory, is stored on our servers. We make no guarantee that this data will be preserved indefinitely and are not liable for data loss due to technical failures, though we maintain regular backups.
BlockCraftZone is a competitive community. We expect all players to compete fairly and treat others with respect. The following are strictly prohibited:
Violations of Section 3.2 may result in warnings, temporary mutes, kicks, or temporary bans depending on severity and history. All moderation decisions are at our discretion.
You may submit content through our Services, including in-game builds, chat messages, forum posts, and profile information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant BlockCraftZone a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting the Services.
You must not submit User Content that is illegal, harmful, infringing on third-party rights, or that violates these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any User Content without notice.
BlockCraftZone, its logo, website design, server software, and original content are the property of StormGlass Interactive Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB / Microsoft Corporation. BlockCraftZone is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft. We operate as an independent network under Minecraft's commercial usage guidelines.
Certain features require a paid Premium membership, processed via Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the billing cycle you select. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
To request a refund, contact support@blockcraftzone.com within the applicable window.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect active subscription periods already paid for.
BlockCraftZone hosts regular tournaments with prize pools. Participation is subject to:
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel tournaments at any time. In the event of cancellation, entry fees will be refunded.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these Terms, for conduct deemed detrimental to the community, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
For non-zero-tolerance violations, we generally follow a progressive enforcement model: warning → temporary mute/ban → extended ban → permanent ban. However, we are not obligated to follow this sequence and may skip steps based on severity.
Ban appeals may be submitted to appeals@blockcraftzone.com. Appeals for zero-tolerance violations will not be reviewed. We aim to respond to all other appeals within 14 days.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOCKCRAFTZONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may delete your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting support@blockcraftzone.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections 4, 5, 9, and 11 survive termination.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For any disputes, you agree to first contact us at legal@blockcraftzone.com to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, NY, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against BlockCraftZone.
